zzz is a personal goal-tracking app. You set quests (goals), check them off, build streaks, write short daily gratitude notes, and earn points toward rewards you pick for yourself. You can optionally add friends using a share code to see each other's progress.
When you use zzz, we collect the information you give us directly:
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for advertising, and zzz does not contain third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to our backend (hosted on Supabase) so it's available across sessions and devices, and so friend features work. We use this data only to operate the app's features described above — we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We use the following service providers to operate zzz:
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, quests, gratitude entries, and friend connections from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

zzz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard practices, including row-level security on our database, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
